Throughout my entire chilhood in the east of France, I took classes in 'Arts Plastiques'. My primary source of inspiration lies somewhere in between art as said and the applied arts: styles, colors, symmetry, mirror effects or repetition (as found in carpets, stained glass, ceramics, and mandalas). The still natural life constitutes the other portion of my inspiration, based mainly on fruits (for their colours) and objects made of metal, glass or crystal (for their reflectiveness). I also enjoy portraying the objects that I'm surrounded by on a daily basis.

Amongst the artists that have influenced me and continue to do so we can mention Mark Rothko, Hundertwasser, Helen Frankenthaler, Claude Viallat, Gustav Klimt, and Kandinsky. Within remarkable organizational techniques, they manage to take the spectator/traveler through a wide range of feelings in a defined space. It is in this particularity of theirs that I find my inspiration, which channels and therefore reinforces my creativity.
