US Enterprise VoIP Growth
Andy Abramson points to an quantatative article on the growth of VoIP within the enterprise. According to the article, penetration grew from 3% to 12% in 2004, and is poised to grow even faster during the next year. Surprise. Surprise.I'd be willing to guess that Columbia Capital and M/C Venture Partners, the newest owners of the fully deployed and operations enterprise IP communications service ICG Communications, are in for a wild ride. After all, they paid a song for the company, and their timing was just about right.
